
Some USC students had the opportunity to go to the Jackson campus of Minnesota West on Tuesday. Students were able to explore career opportunities for automotive, electrician, welding, cosmetology and administrative assisting.




2024 Seniors were able to participate in our annual College Application Day! Seniors were given time to apply to colleges and ask any questions they may have! Miguel, a Riverland Community College Admissions Rep assisted Ms. Klemek and her MSU School Counseling intern in helping students complete applications and submit transcripts!

Energy assistance grants are available for our area for income eligible households. These funds are used to help pay for heating and electric bills. Minnesota Valley Action Council (MVAC) is here to help.

The students in Life Skills class worked on the skills of peeling and cutting up apples to make apple crisp in a mug. It was cooked in the microwave and topped off with whip cream!








The students in Life Skills class visited Wells Marketplace to find specific food items that were on their list. They had to write down the cost of the item and the weight in ounces or pounds.
