A cross-sectional study of 500 adolescents found a positive association
between social media use and poorer sleep quality, anxiety, and depression. USC Schools are excited to be a device-free learning environment for our students beginning on October 1st.

Girls Tennis @ Fairmont has been postponed. Makeup date TBD. No practice.
Junior High Football practice and Junior High Volleyball practice have been cancelled.

Elementary Orientation is right around the corner and will be held Tuesday, September 3rd from 8am-7pm. Reminder that these conferences are mandatory and must be attended by both the parent/guardian and the student at the registered time. If you have not called the Elementary Office to schedule a conference please do by next Tuesday.
