United South Central School Board to Interview Facilities Consulting Firms
The United South Central School Board Operations Committee will interview four facilities consulting companies on June 4th from 10:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as the district considers a potential building addition and referendum question for fall 2026. This step follows a recommendation from the district’s Facilities Task Force to pursue a ten-classroom and gymnasium addition to the existing school building. The purpose of the interviews is to learn what each firm can offer United South Central and its students, while also ensuring the scope of the project remains fiscally responsible for local taxpayers. The schedule for June 4th includes Wendel at 10:45 a.m., Sitelogiq at 12:00 p.m., ICS at 1:00 p.m., and Ingensa at 2:15 p.m.
